Canadian Company Decides To Pay Student Loans For New Employees Hired

New graduates and many young adults are now looking for jobs that are willing to pay their student loans.

A Canadian company is offering to make student loan payments for a dozen new hires.
A local newspaper ad has received more than 100 resumes from interested applicants. Simplycast is the company that placed the ad.

SimplyCast President and CEO Saeed El-Darahali had a hard time with his own person student debt after graduating with a master's degree.

The idea came when he was surprised no company has offered this yet. He told the CBC, “Maybe this might be a great opportunity that a private corporation can take some of their wealth and provide it back to their most important asset, their employees.”
